Job description

Permanent, Full Time

This role is predominantly home-based, but you will need to be flexible to travel within your local area as the role involves site visits and attendance at court on behalf of colleagues. There will be an expectation of travel 2 or 3 times throughout the year to locations such as Coventry or Reading, which may require an overnight stay for meetings depending on your residence. You only need to live in one of these areas.

We are looking for a Customer Partner to join our Neighbourhood team, providing exceptional customer service and putting customers at the heart of everything you do.

In this role, you will work closely with customers and stakeholders to resolve queries related to community management issues such as waste and nuisance in communal areas. You will also identify and manage community projects to enhance our customers' lives.

This frontline role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing or Community Development specialist to bring their passion, skills, and energy to manage a national model while maintaining local connections.

The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Have proven Housing/Community Development experience.
  • Have a strong customer focus.
  • Possess high-level communication skills, demonstrating the ability to positively influence and negotiate outcomes.
  • Be experienced in partnership working to meet customer needs.
  • Think beyond processes to find innovative solutions for customers.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check, references, and valid Right to Work documentation.
