An innovative housing provider is seeking a Customer Partner to join their Neighbourhood team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving community management issues. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Housing or Community Development and possess excellent communication skills. The position allows for flexibility, with home-based work complemented by occasional travel for site visits and meetings. This role is predominantly home-based, but you will need to be flexible to travel within your local area as the role involves site visits and attendance at court on behalf of colleagues. There will be an expectation of travel 2 or 3 times throughout the year to locations such as Coventry or Reading, which may require an overnight stay for meetings depending on your residence. You only need to live in one of these areas.

This frontline role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Housing or Community Development specialist to bring their passion, skills, and energy to manage a national model while maintaining local connections.
Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service check, references, and valid Right to Work documentation.
