• Support responses to complaints and escalate issues when needed.
• Act as a subject matter expert for conduct-related matters across the business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and share within the team.
• Assist with conduct risk assessments and product questionnaires as required.
• Contribute to conduct risk MI and KPI reporting to governance committees.
