Job summary

Lorien is seeking a Compliance Transformation Analyst to support a major financial crime and consumer outcomes transformation in the UK. The role is hybrid/flexible and focused on strengthening frameworks, governance, and MI across the Compliance function.

You will partner with Compliance, Operations, Investments, Risk, and Customer teams to deliver scalable controls and enhanced monitoring while adapting to increasing business activity and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Financial Crime controls and governance.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty, PROD, IDD and COB requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven MI experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess and strengthen Financial Crime controls and governance frameworks.
• Develop scalable end-to-end processes for compliant operations.
• Identify and remediate control, process, and documentation gaps.
• Support counterparty onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Perform KYC, due diligence, Reverse KYC, covenant monitoring, lifecycle reviews.
• Oversee External Fund Managers (EFMs) oversight and assurance activities.
• Define monitoring requirements, controls, testing approaches, and evidence standards.
• Enhance management information, governance reporting, breach escalation, and remediation tracking.
• Support Consumer Duty reporting and governance activities.
• Collaborate with customer outcome stakeholders to improve reporting and framework.
