Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on order status
• Respond to emails and calls within 24 hours
• Review order status to ensure on-time picking for delivery
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Documentation and Logistics to ship as promised
• Liaise with Customer Inspectors
• Facilitate order scheduling and resolve issues
• Provide updates to third-party inspectors on open inspections
