Job summary

Qualifications

• Ideally have previous experience working in a customer telephony role.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer telephony and email queries accurately and effectively.
• Make both inbound and outbound contact with customers, tailoring approach to needs and circumstances.
• Ensure that all customer security checks are performed and identify potential problems to take corrective action.
