Job summary

SIX is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in London to manage a defined customer territory in collaboration with a Sales Representative and to handle administrative and support activities for financial information systems for our clients.

You will oversee territory management for financial services products, serve as the primary contact for inquiries, draft and process contracts, initiate invoicing, and coordinate customer and sales projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (back-/middle-office preferred).
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with proactive and organized approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration: Draft, process, and manage customer contracts within the financial information system.

• Project Coordination: Manage product and data entitlements, and plan, coordinate, and track customer and sales-related projects from initiation to completion.

• Client Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to products, functionalities, data, pricing, exchange permissions, and issue resolution
• Contract Administration: Draft, process, and manage customer contracts within the financial customer information system
• Billing & Financial Oversight: Initiate invoicing processes and monitor dunning procedures and accruals to ensure financial accuracy
• Project Coordination: Manage product and data entitlements, and plan, coordinate, and track customer and sales-related projects from initiation to completion
