B&S Group (Laxmico Ltd) is seeking a motivated individual to join the operations team as a Customer Operations & Planning Coordinator. You will support CBPM customers, help manage orders, and assist in planning and reporting to improve delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Support management of CBPM customer accounts and provide updates on order status.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Capture, process and track orders internally; flag delays when needed.
• Assist in preparing production schedules and maintain demand forecasts.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor performance and support improvements.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
