A leading industrial service provider is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in West Bromwich. The role involves managing customer relationships, leading a team, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive on autonomy and have a strong focus on customer service.
Location: West Bromwich
To maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. The ideal candidate will use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Working hours: 40 hours/week
Breaks: 60 minutes
