Job description

Role: Customer Operations Manager

Location: West Bromwich

About The Role

To maintain an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff. The ideal candidate will use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer.

  1. Leadership, management, and development of the on-site team
  2. Complete ownership of the customer relationship
  3. Driving the highest standards of Health & Safety, the team, and best practices across the ERIKS site
  4. Responsibility for driving the success of the site, including P&L
  5. Responsible for driving the success of site KPIs
  6. Implementing continuous improvement initiatives related to stores and processes
  7. People management and leadership
  8. Problem solving
  9. Driving effective stock ordering and planning for maintenance, including client systems and EoS
  10. Serving as escalation point and initial contact for customers
  11. Responding to client inquiries and requests, including non-stock items across multiple vendors
  12. Ensuring order expediting is up to date
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

Working hours: 40 hours/week

Breaks: 60 minutes
