Role: Customer Operations Manager
Location: Northampton
About the Role:
To maintain ongoing relationships with selected customers and sales staff. The ideal candidate will use knowledge of products, availability, sales territories, and customers to serve as a key communication link. Responsibilities include leadership and management of the onsite team, ownership of customer relationships, driving health & safety standards, site success including P&L, KPI management, continuous improvement, problem solving, effective stock ordering, and acting as the escalation point for customer inquiries.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 07:30 - 16:30

You are driven to deliver customer service excellence onsite, with skills in organization, problem solving, communication, leadership, and management. You are eager to develop business and relationships, taking responsibility and autonomy in your role.
