Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an AI Success Strategist in Greater London to own end-to-end AI roadmaps for customers, translate capabilities into strategic business outcomes, and build executive partnerships to ensure scalable, measurable impact.

You will lead discovery, adoption, and success-planning engagements that accelerate value from initial deployment through sustained expansion, with emphasis on responsible AI practices and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own AI roadmap delivery from design to execution for key customers.
• Act as design authority for AI deployments and guide integration with Professional Services.
• Partner with executives to shape long-term AI strategy and translate into actionable plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align Product, Services, Sales, Success and Partners.
• Lead engagement planning, identify risks, and allocate resources effectively.
• Maintain cadence of mutually agreed AI roadmaps to drive value and renewals.
• Shape channel and adoption strategies for AI solutions and measure impact.
• Advise on Responsible AI, governance and compliance considerations.
