Principle HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading global enterprise technology company for a SaaS Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist. The role focuses on guiding customers through onboarding, demos, and training of an AI-powered learning platform.

This 12‑month fully remote UK contract runs Sunday to Thursday, starting at 30 hours per week and scaling to 40 hours as ramp-up completes. The annual salary is £46,000, with strong emphasis on stakeholder management and cross‑functional

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding or customer success.
• Proven experience working directly with external SaaS/software customers.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, Asana, Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

• Working Pattern: Sunday-Thursday (Friday & Saturday off).

We are recruiting for a leading global enterprise technology company seeking an experienced SaaS Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to support customers implementing an innovative AI-powered learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SaaS customer onboarding and implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Act as the main point of contact for external customers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions and customer training.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications and deliverables.
• Support international customers, including those across the Middle East.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding or customer success.
