We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with experience in the energy industry to bring their brilliance and support the development and delivery of customer marketing campaigns across our services (Energy, Mobile, Broadband and Telco).

Here's the experience, skills & competencies we're looking for you to bring:

  • Experience in the energy industry, utilities in general or a heavily regulated industry.
  • Demonstrable experience of building and executing marketing campaigns for a consumer services company, utilising CRM tools such as Braze, Unicom or a similar tool.
  • Ability to measure, track and analyse campaign performance and utilise this data to evolve and improve campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Ability to craft effective marketing initiatives and campaigns to achieve the targets.
  • Able to translate complex/multi-layered activities to coherent briefs for partnering teams.
  • Skilled at prioritising projects and delivering multiple cross-functional initiatives at the same time.
  • Showcasing results/visibility tailored for the internal audience at different levels.
  • Collaborate across all functions to deliver the initiatives.
  • Highly organised and able to spot, flag and recommend solutions to blockers.
  • Ability to work autonomously with clear direction and take initiative.

This role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager - Services and will work closely across the Customer Marketing, Product and Brand teams.

As the Marketing Manager - Services at UW you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager to translate the roadmap of activities for all service lines (Energy, Telco, FS and Multi-service) into marketing plans to achieve the targets.
  • Translate the plans into briefs where needed for partnering teams and manage them through to execution, including creating effective messaging to customers for maximum impact.
  • Own the execution of the marketing plans, including tracking, measuring and reporting on the results.
  • Deliver and evolve the test and learn plans to achieve targets.
