Job summary

hyperexponential, a London-based AI-powered insurtech, is hiring a Customer Marketing Manager to orchestrate customer storytelling and case studies across formats. You’ll manage senior stakeholder relationships and shape how we celebrate customers’ successes to drive market momentum.

You’ll own end-to-end case study production, recruit customer voices, and coordinate awards and campaigns that reinforce hx’s positioning with insurers globally.

Qualifications

• Experience turning customer stories into compelling content across formats.
• Ability to build and run content campaigns with clear participation from customers.
• Proven track record coordinating senior stakeholders and securing approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own case study production end to end and publish two studies per quarter.
• Publish two additional pieces of customer-contributed content per quarter.
• Improve recruitment and production processes to reduce friction for customers and team.
