Wire IT is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a hybrid role in London, UK. You will drive lifecycle marketing strategies across CRM and customer journeys, leveraging Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and Analytics to design and optimise omnichannel campaigns.

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data-driven decision making are essential. The role requires 5+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing, experience with Adobe tools, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Customer Journey Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP/Real-Time CDP).
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimising customer journeys across digital channels.
• Experience defining KPIs, tracking plans, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics.
• Experience with customer segmentation, first-party data collection, and progressive profiling.
• Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and consent management.
• Experience translating marketing objectives into technical journey specifications and coordinating delivery teams.
• Strong content judgement, with experience briefing and approving marketing copy and creative assets.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through to completion.
• Fluency in English.
