The Alliance is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to be the main contact for customers during home improvement projects. You will build strong relationships, coordinate appointments and visits, and keep customers informed and supported throughout the process.
The role involves travelling across communities; a full driving licence and access to a vehicle or alternative transport are required. DBS checks are anticipated as part of safeguarding.
We are looking for our next Customer Liaison Officer, who will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery of improvements to their homes. You will be pivotal in delivering our mission, to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home. Building strong relationships with our customers, you will be coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records whilst keeping customers informed and supported throughout the process. Where needed, you will conduct customer visits to address any queries they may have and collate customer feedback to support our customer satisfaction monitoring. This is an opportunity to help shape and develop a new role within the organisation while working within a supportive team environment., As this role involves travelling across our communities, you'll need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle or an alternative means of transport that enables you to meet the requirements of the role.
