Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking a Customer Journey Manager to support a financial services transformation in Leeds. The role involves shaping end-to-end processes, defining practical, testable solutions across business operations, technology platforms and third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Strong technical business analysis across business processes and technology.
• Financial services experience, ideally in investments, wealth management or stockbroking.
• Experience defining system integrations, data flows, dependencies and exception handling.
• Understanding of banking, cash movements, foreign exchange and reconciliation.
• Experience analysing batch processing, operational controls and failure scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into clear system requirements.
• Analyse end-to-end processes across business operations, technology platforms and third-party systems.
• Define practical, testable solutions and ensure they are reliable and operationally sound.
