Job summary

Addleshaw Goddard LLP in Leeds is seeking a fixed-term maternity cover to support the client feedback and insight programmes within the Business Development team. You will assist with outreach, interview scheduling, transcripts, and reporting for Partners and sectors.

You will also help administer the CX platform (Qualtrics), prepare client intelligence, and support sector briefing content while coordinating with international offices and other BD colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, marketing or a professional services environment would be desirable, but is not essential, with good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• An interest in client feedback, client experience and survey platforms such as Qualtrics would be desirable, with willingness to learn how these tools are used.
• Good analytical skills to produce clear client, market and relationship analyses and well-written reports for senior stakeholders.
• Listening, summarising and communication skills to engage professionally with colleagues, senior stakeholders and clients.
• Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential client feedback, insight and data.
• Collaborative and stakeholder-management skills to work across Partners, BD teams and business services.
• Highly organised and solutions-focused, able to manage competing priorities, budgets and deadlines in a fixed-term maternity cover role.
• Marketing, Business, Communications or Law degree (or equivalent) would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support client feedback programme administration and interviews.
• Assist with client experience platform administration, licensing, dashboards and reporting.
• Prepare client and market intelligence analyses across practice areas, sectors and offices.
• Collate content for Sector Briefings, coordinate branding and distribution with sector materials, and work with international offices.
• Support client programmes, track BD spend against budget, and assist with logistics for hospitality and sponsorship arrangements.
• Coordinate projects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality client experience across the firm.
