Job summary

Boden is seeking a Customer Insight Executive to support its global customer insight programme, turning feedback into clear stories that guide Product, Brand and Marketing decisions. This role blends analytics and storytelling to ensure decisions are evidence-based, with a balance of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer insight, research or marketing analysis.
• Ability to turn feedback into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for presenting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set up, script and analyse customer surveys across the UK, US and Germany.
• Coordinate product testing with external partners and translate results into takeaways for Product and Merchandising.
• Recruit for and organise focus groups, wardrobe visits and online communities.
• Moderate customer conversations and conduct interviews to uncover what matters to customers.
• Manage customer text groups and ensure feedback reaches relevant teams.
• Edit customer video feedback into short, engaging clips for stakeholders.
• Summarise survey and focus-group findings into clear, actionable themes.
• Support Brand, Marketing, UXR and Product with ad-hoc data pulls from Ometria or Snowflake.
• Share findings with stakeholders to shape decisions and improve experiences.
