Job summary

Ordnance Survey is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to join our hybrid team in Southampton. You will support our customer insight programme, turning feedback into actionable insights that inform product and service decisions across government, leisure and business customers.

You’ll design and deliver primary research, analyse data, and present clear recommendations. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, with hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience of analysing customer data and feedback to identify themes and opportunities.
• Knowledge of primary research methods including questionnaires, surveys and interviews.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer feedback into actionable insight and recommendations.
• Support primary research design, surveys and depth interviews.
• Monitor customer experience measures and identify trends.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leaders and project teams.
• Create engaging reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to understand insight requirements.
• Assist with managing customer contact lists and CRM data.
• Support customer research preferences and opt-outs management.
