Job summary

SISU Health UK is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager on a maternity cover contract to lead onboarding and implementation for customers across the journey from onboarding to ongoing support.

You will coordinate projects, schedule installations, manage timelines, and collaborate with Ops, Sales, Product and Customer Success to ensure exceptional service delivery. A hybrid working environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project coordination.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and CRM/operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation projects for customers.
• Schedule health station installations and customer launch activities.
• Manage implementation timelines and milestones.
• Work with customers and internal teams to deliver projects.
• Produce customer reports and utilisation data and support review meetings.
