White Stuff in England is seeking a Customer Host on a 20-hour contract with weekend availability to deliver outstanding in-store service and support customers across our fashion ranges.

You will work under the Shop Manager in the Retail team, helping to meet shop KPIs, sign customers up to newsletters, assist with promotions, stock replenishment and events while upholding ACE pillars.

Mansioni

• Meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Using the mobile point of sale system (mPOS) to show products across channels and create orders.
• Signing customers up to email newsletters and sending e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
• Promoting promotions or discounts to inform customers and drive sales.
• Assisting in events including Customer Event and preview evenings.
