White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host in Leicester to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will be part of the Retail team, reporting to the Shop Manager and contributing to high standards of customer service.

You will be passionate about fashion, thrive in a team, and be willing to work weekends on a 12-hour contract with potential bonuses and staff benefits. This role focuses on enhancing the customer journey and driving store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the A.C.E pillars (Be Friendly, Be Inspiring and Be Invaluable) throughout the Customer Journey.
• Using the mobile point of sale system (mPOS) to show products across channels and create orders.
• Sign customers up to email newsletters and send e-receipts in line with data protection regulations.
• Support stock replenishment, floor moves and window displays.
• Process deliveries and ensure stock availability on the shop floor.
