White Stuff, a fashion retailer, is seeking an engaging Shop Team Member to deliver outstanding customer experiences on weekends. You will work within the Retail team, be the face of the brand, handle stock, assist customers with multi-channel shopping, and participate in events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Shop Manager within the Retail team.
• Meet ACE pillars across the customer journey.
• Promote multichannel shopping via mPOS and create endless aisle orders.
• Engage customers, sign up to newsletters, and process e-receipts in line with data protection.
• Explain product features to help buying decisions.
• Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and stock takes.
• Support in events and team briefs.
• Adhere to health & safety procedures and internal processes.
