Job summary

Telecom Acquisitions Limited is expanding its Customer Promotions Team in Horsham and seeks confident Internal Sales Advisors to build relationships with newly acquired broadband customers. You’ll introduce additional products and services to enhance the customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Core hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, with some Saturdays. Expect to work 40 hours weekly with benefits and a consultative sales approach. Training provided to develop sales skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills over the phone.
• Ability to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new customers through welcome calls and build rapport to recommend products, upgrades and services.
• Proactively retain customers nearing contract expiry by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Clearly articulate benefits to help customers make informed decisions and enhance their experience.
• Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system; maintain up-to-date records.
