Telecom Acquisitions Ltd. in Horsham is seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to engage with newly acquired customers within 24 hours of their broadband purchase, promote value-added products, and build lasting relationships to drive sales and service quality.

You will handle welcome calls, understand customer needs, and record interactions in the CRM while contributing to a proactive, customer-focused team culture. The role offers a 40-hour week with occasional Saturdays and uncapped OTE potential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new customers through welcome calls, building rapport and understanding their needs to recommend suitable products, upgrades & services that add value.

• Clearly articulate the benefits of our products and services, helping customers make informed decisions with confidence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Accurately record all customer interactions, actions, and outcomes within the CRM system.
• Collecting payments and calculating home move fees.
• Contributing to service improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights with relevant teams.
• Representing our brands with warmth, clarity, and enthusiasm.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Core working hours Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm) with occasional Saturday working required (9:00am-1.00pm) min 1 shift per month

We’re growing our Customer Promotions Team and are looking for confident, personable Internal Sales Advisors who enjoy building customer relationships and uncovering sales opportunities.

In this role, you’ll contact newly acquired customers within 24 hours of their broadband purchase to ensure they’re set up for success and aware of additional products and services that could further enhance their experience. These may include:

• 24/7 UK-based technical support.
• Enhanced, high-performance routers.
• Priority installation appointments.
• Exclusive third-party energy services.
• Additional value-added products and services designed to deliver greater convenience and peace of mind.

Your focus will be on building rapport, understanding each customer’s circumstances, and recommending solutions that genuinely meet their needs while driving additional sales revenue.

What we are looking for

• A confident and engaging communicator who enjoys building relationships and speaking with customers over the phone.
• Previous telesales, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous, though not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and handle objections professionally and confidently.
• A proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify effective solutions for customers.
• A positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to learn, embrace feedback, and continuously develop new skills and knowledge.
