Job summary

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, paid £15.38 per hour. Experience of at least 12 months in broadband sales is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speaking to existing business broadband customers
• Understand the customer's needs and reason for calling
• Discuss broadband packages, products and upgrades
• Have retention conversations and work to keep customers with the business
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and recommend suitable products
• Handle customer objections and explain the benefits of available options
• Work towards individual sales and performance targets
• Accurately record customer information and call outcomes
