Job summary

WHSmith Careers is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service both independently and as part of a team. The role includes replenishing stock, maintaining inviting displays, and upholding our store standards to help customers find what they need quickly.

We value a passion for customer experience, confident team communication, and adaptability to meet store goals. The 16-hour contract includes Sunday and either Tuesday or Wednesday shifts, with early and late time slots.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Clear communication and listening skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Stock replenishment and maintaining tidy store areas.
