Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
• Identify needs, recommend products, and promote complementary items.

• Ensure shop floor presentation is sharp, fixtures organized and stocked.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are visible and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions and handle cash and card payments.
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries.
• Use in-store technology to assist customer enquiries and operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support daily store operations.
• Support with additional duties as reasonably required.
