Job summary

Advania Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing delivery of infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, workplace, security and managed services projects across our client base.

You will own the delivery lifecycle from engagement to handover, coordinate technical delivery teams, drive governance and ensure seamless transition into operations from our Manchester or London offices. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Proven track record of managing customer-facing IT infrastructure/projects.
• Experience coordinating Service Transition or onboarding activities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional technical teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules and documentation.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Act as primary point of contact for project delivery.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Ensure operational readiness and handover to support.
• Produce regular status reports for internal and customer audiences.
• Facilitate governance meetings and manage customer expectations.
