Job summary

Kainos is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy Actonomy Core for customers, shaping practical AI solutions and integrations. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into reliable deployments, leveraging AI and cloud technologies.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams while staying current on AI developments and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience building software, automations or digital solutions.
• Experience with Python.
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and users.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly and apply them to solve business problems.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and self-starting approach.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Actonomy Core within customer environments.
• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and desired outcomes.
• Support integration of Actonomy Core with customer systems and data sources.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation and rollout.
• Gather user feedback and translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to improve deployments.
• Create reusable deployment patterns and implementation assets.
• Support customer adoption and value realisation activities.
• Stay up to date with developments in AI, Microsoft technologies and the Actonomy platform.
