Job summary

Kainos is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers for Actonomy to deploy Actonomy Core at client sites, translate business needs into technical deployments, and deliver AI-enabled solutions in real-world settings.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams, learn new technologies, and shape deployment patterns while working directly with customers to realise value from AI.

Qualifications

• Experience building software, automations or digital solutions.
• Experience with Python.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and users.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Actonomy Core within customer environments.
• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and desired outcomes.
• Support integration of Actonomy Core with customer systems and data sources.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation and rollout.
• Gather user feedback and translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to improve deployments.
• Create reusable deployment patterns and implementation assets.
• Support customer adoption and value realisation activities.
• Stay up to date with developments in AI, Microsoft technologies and the Actonomy platform.
