Job summary

Kainos invites you to join its Actonomy team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, deploying Actonomy Core for customers and shaping AI-enabled solutions.

You will work closely with customers to understand processes, integrate systems, and resolve deployment challenges, while collaborating with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to drive value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience building software, automations or digital solutions.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and users.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Actonomy Core within customer environments.
• Work directly with customers to understand business processes and desired outcomes.
• Support integration of Actonomy Core with customer systems and data sources.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during deployment and rollout.
• Gather user feedback and translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to improve deployments.
• Create reusable deployment patterns and implementation assets.
• Support customer adoption and value realisation activities.
• Stay up to date with developments in AI, Microsoft technologies and the Actonomy platform.

Actonomy is an AI product business within Kainos Group plc, focused on solving the last mile to production AI.

Within Actonomy, Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with customers to deploy Actonomy Core and help organisations develop impactful AI solutions

Key Responsibilities
