Job summary

Solus - an Aviva company is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers throughout their repair journey and help keep site operations running smoothly day to day.

The role combines customer service, coordination and the collection and delivery of customer vehicles, requiring good judgement, organisation and a professional approach. You will balance customer care with practical, site-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required; emphasis on people skills, responsibility and hands-on approach.
• Full UK driving licence with confidence driving customer vehicles.
• Clear, professional communication face-to-face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally with clear responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
