Job summary

Solus is seeking a Customer Consultant to provide exceptional service and hands-on support across vehicle repairs. You’ll be the main point of contact, coordinating customer journeys, vehicle movements and site operations with professionalism and care.

You’ll rely on strong communication, reliability and empathy to keep customers informed, balance tasks, and represent Solus with pride on every interaction across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a front-facing role.
• Full UK driving licence and confident driving customer vehicles.
• Clear and professional communication, face-to-face and on the phone.
• Calm, organised approach with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Pride in representing the business and a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries calmly and professionally, providing clear and timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously when required.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations, including parts coordination and basic administration.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional site environment.
