Solus - an Aviva company is seeking a Customer Consultant to support customers throughout their repair journey and keep site operations running smoothly. You will balance customer care with hands-on responsibilities, including vehicle collection and delivery, and coordinating movements on site.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail and empathy to maintain customer confidence. Training is provided, with a welcoming team and clear processes to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
• Full UK driving licence held with confidence driving customer vehicles.
• Clear and professional communication skills face-to-face and on the phone.
• Calm, organised approach even when managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repair.
• Handle queries professionally with clear, timely responses.
• Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle movements and transport activity.
• Support site operations including parts coordination and admin tasks.
• Work closely with technicians, production teams and site leaders.
