Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts is seeking a branch supervisor to oversee daily retail operations and lead a multi-skilled team to deliver great customer service. You will motivate colleagues, run daily briefings, and coach performance while supporting recruitment and development under the Contact Centre Management umbrella.

You will ensure safety compliance, accurate stock movement, and efficient Click Collect processes, driving growth and an excellent customer experience across the branch.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch.
• Hold regular colleague reviews to boost engagement and development.

• Ensure health and safety compliance across all counter areas.
• Maintain stock movement accuracy and ensure shelves are stocked.
• Collaborate with operations and sales to maximise customer opportunity.
• Uphold a frictionless Click Collect process and strong SLA delivery.
• Support growth through best-in-class retail practices and audit readiness.
