Job summary

LKQ Euro Car Parts in Truro is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide a multi-skilled team and ensure timely, professional service to customers. You will support the Contact Centre Management in recruiting, onboarding and developing colleagues to sustain high performance.

You will drive customer focus, maintain health and safety standards, and collaborate with operations and sales to maximise opportunities while delivering exceptional service and achieving SLAs.
