Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor in Blackburn (BB1 2PR) to join our Customer Excellence Team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves handling inbound calls and emails, delivering friendly, professional service, and supporting both internal and external customers in a busy contact centre.

Working hours are 42 per week with a 4 on/4 off rotating shift pattern, days and nights available, and on-site office based.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t necessary as we offer full training.
• You’ll be a natural communicator with the ability to write effective emails.
• Solution focused and able to resolve issues on calls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails professionally within KPI targets.
• Work on high value National Accounts across the UK.
• Record information accurately and update systems.
• Categorise daily recommendations with appropriate mail merge letters and emails.
• Take ownership of the customer in all interactions.
• Identify incidents that may affect service delivery and escalate as required.
