Chubb Fire & Security is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Customer Excellence Team in Blackburn (BB1 2PR). The role is full-time and permanent, offering comprehensive benefits and ongoing training. You will help deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in a busy contact centre.

With no strict prerequisites, the company provides full training and supports you to build a long-term career. Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, office-based in Blackburn.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails in a professional, timely manner (KPIs).
• Work on high-value National Accounts across the UK.
• Update systems with customer responses and data accurately.
• Record and categorize customer requests to keep data clean.
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
• Escalate incidents following defined procedures to maintain service levels.
