Tesco UK is seeking to recruit colleagues to join our store teams. You’ll help deliver friendly and efficient service, engage with customers, and support a range of store duties from replenishment to checkout.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Willingness to work in a store environment and in a team.
• Ability to work across store duties (replenishment, checkout, online order picking).

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with our products and services and offer help when needed.
• Support across the store including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
