Job summary

Tesco is hiring store colleagues across the UK to deliver friendly, helpful service and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll work as part of a team handling shelf replenishment, checkout support, and online order picking while maintaining high store standards.

The role offers flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week. Starting pay is £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, and additional payments may apply for some locations. Bank/holiday? eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate openly.
• Willingness to perform store duties such as shelf replenishment and checkout support.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
