Job summary

Croda in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to manage the customer journey from order entry to delivery. You will provide excellent service to a dedicated account portfolio and act as the main contact for enquiries.

Qualifications

• GCSE level or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous experience using SAP would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a dedicated account portfolio and be the main point of contact for all customer enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with customers to support satisfaction, retention and long term business growth.
• Set up and maintain accurate customer master data.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including understanding stock availability.
• Manage the full customer service process from order entry through to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Handle customer aftercare including complaints, delivery issues and service-related problems to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Work to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer service process.
