The Chris Lewis Group is seeking a Service & Customer Experience Coordinator for our office-based team in Oxford. You will own the customer journey, coordinate engineers and ensure clear updates from first contact through to resolution.

This role suits someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and able to juggle competing priorities. Experience with HubSpot or Uptick is useful, and you will have opportunities to grow with the business.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or coordination roles
• Strong communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to juggle priorities and ownership of tasks

Responsabilidades

• Being the trusted first point of contact for customers
• Coordinating engineer callouts and reactive works while balancing urgency and SLAs
• Managing HubSpot tickets to keep ownership and next steps clear
• Keeping customers updated with proactive communications
• Collaborating with engineers and colleagues to keep jobs moving
• Proactively contacting customers ahead of renewals and key journey moments
• Chasing actions, addressing delays and escalating when needed
