Customer Experience Manager

Stockley Park FWC | Management Team | Permanent | Full time

Up to £40,000.00 per annum, depending on experience

40 hours per week

Nuffield Health has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Manager to contribute to our purpose of building a healthier nation. This role involves defining our customer experience strategy by understanding our current and prospective customers and ensuring they are at the heart of all decision-making.

As our Customer Experience Manager, you will:

  1. Set standards for customer experience across the entire customer journey.
  2. Collaborate with Business Insights to ensure customer feedback and insights are collected and presented in a usable format.
  3. Establish measurement frameworks for lead and lag indicators of customer experience.
  4. Liaise with stakeholders across the business to support key performance outcomes.
  5. Drive key commercial initiatives across the Wellbeing Centre.
  6. Deputise for the General Manager.

To be successful, the Customer Experience Manager should be:

  1. Naturally collaborative, able to work well with others and influence through verbal and written communication.
  2. Possess an honours degree or equivalent experience, qualifications, and training.
  3. Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in Customer Experience and Customer Journey design.
  4. Have a good understanding of developing trends in customer experience, expectations, and segmentation.
