One Stop in Amesbury, part of Tesco, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our busy retail team. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers, processing payments, stocking shelves and keeping the store welcoming and safe.

Responsibilities

• Know my customers and serve them with passion and pride.
• Encourage customers to provide feedback via surveys.
• Work across all store areas including online, tills, replenishment and stock routines.
• Follow training to work safely and effectively.
• Contribute to seasonal, community and charity events and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow Think 25 policy when serving age-restricted products.
