Job summary

BUZZ Bingo in Ipswich is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team for flexible full- and part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends and late closing hours to 3am. You will deliver friendly, first-class service to our customers and help create a welcoming club atmosphere.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with experience in face-to-face customer service, good numeracy for cash handling, and a can-do approach.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class, personalised customer service in face-to-face roles.
• Outstanding communication skills adaptable to different situations.
• Experience handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge.
• Willingness to be flexible across all club areas and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and relationships with Customers.
• Be flexible on tasks across all areas of the Club from front of house, book sales, treasury, machines, the bar area and kitchen including housekeeping and toilets presentation.
• Support with other duties as requested by the line manager.
• Ensure a Safer Gambling Environment for all Customers and Colleagues across all channels.
