Job Description:

• Position: Barista
• Pay: £13.50 per hour
• Shifts: Full service hours 8am to 4pm, flexible shifts available including part-time and full-time options
• Benefits: Free bus service on routes 21 and 460

We’re seeking energetic Baristas with excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you. Join our contract catering team to serve great coffee and create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining a tidy café area
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a café (training provided for the right candidate)
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
• Calm, positive attitude, even during busy times
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and lunch hours
