Job summary

Sainsbury’s Group is hiring for store roles across the UK, with permanent and fixed-term vacancies during the festive season. You will be on the shop floor, assisting customers, stocking shelves and using store tech to improve service.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service with friendliness and helpfulness.
• Willing to fill shelves, pick orders, serve customers or sell products.
• Comfortable using digital tools to improve service.
• Ability to stock organize and keep shelves neat and presentable.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service.
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that's filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products.
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience.
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location.
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers.
