Job summary

Skinnydip London is looking for a Store & Customer Service Representative to join our Camden hybrid team. You’ll work across the Camden store and online channels, delivering exceptional service.

You’ll assist customers in-store and online, provide product guidance, handle stock, returns and till transactions, and respond to emails and live chat. You’ll stay up-to-date with new products and promotions.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and store standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Manage stock efficiently: receiving deliveries, processing returns/refunds, and rotating inventory.
• Handle sales transactions confidently and accurately on the till.
• Assist customers via email and live chat, resolving queries related to orders, refunds, and logistics.
• Keep up-to-date with Skinnydip’s latest products, promotions, and brand news.
• Support the wider team with store cleanliness, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Navigate multiple IT systems with ease to provide smooth service.
