Job summary

Tesco is hiring for a Store Colleague in the UK. You will provide friendly, natural service to customers and support store operations across shelving, checkout, online order picking, and occasional deliveries. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure great service, strong sales, and efficient store performance.

The role requires a passion for helping customers, good communication, and a proactive approach. A minimum 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with shifts scheduled in advance.

• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
